Continuing to Keep Our Valued Guests and Employees Healthy and Safe While Providing Our Same Trusted Service,

At Arctic Circle, the health and safety of our employees and customers are our highest priorities. We have decades of experience implementing best practices to ensure food quality. Though some restrictions have lifted, we at Arctic Circle have thoughtfully decided to continue to keep dining areas closed in most locations at this time. We plan to open dining areas as soon as new protocols are fully in place and it is completely safe for all employees and our valued guests.

Arctic Circle is following guidelines from the CDC as well as state and local government authorities for its 65 locations across six states and its leadership team continues to meet frequently to evaluate and discuss current operations.

While we determine what operations in the future will look like, employees are ready to serve guests through the drive-thru window. A few changes have been implemented to make the drive-thru experience as safe and convenient as possible. We are taking our employee’s temperatures upon arrival and before they work their assigned shift. Guests will notice employees wearing face masks and gloves at all times and person-to-person contact will be limited during the drive-thru experience.

We are grateful to our customers who have supported us over the years and who continue to be patrons during COVID-19.

To Our Valued Guests,

As the communities we serve continue to feel the increased impact of COVID-19, we feel it is important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe and healthy. We appreciate your understanding that, as a guest, your Arctic Circle Experience may look different as we navigate through this time together.

At Arctic Circle Restaurants, we strive to take great care of the people in the communities we serve, our local operators, team members, and each guest that visits our restaurants. As we are currently maintaining our regular operation in the areas we serve, we are making adjustments to deal with the impact of COVID-19.

First and foremost, thank you for being an Arctic Circle guest. We value you as our guest and want you to know that we are currently implementing steps to provide high-quality food in a clean and sanitary environment. We know that you may choose to visit us at our drive-thru rather than dining in, therefore we are implementing procedures to handle an increased traffic flow at our drive-thru windows.

We have asked all our employees to not show up to work if they are sick, have a fever, cough and/or shortness of breath. We are training and reemphasizing cleaning and sanitizing procedures. All kitchen items are cleaned and sanitized regularly. We have mandatory frequent and thorough hand washing policies. We are closing lobbies and dining rooms in locations where local Health Departments have declared health emergencies, and will limit person-to-person contact to our drive-thru windows.

We want to assure you that we take our guests’ health and wellness seriously. Our thoughts and prayers go out to any who is or will be affected by the COVID-19 virus. We hope for a quick recovery and an elimination of the future fear of the virus.

We are confident that we have proactive measures in place to minimize the spread of harmful bacterial organisms.
